3. Information Stored Locally

The App stores your preferences locally on your device using iOS's UserDefaults system. This includes:

This data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. You can reset all settings to defaults within the App, or delete the App to remove all stored data.

4. Device Permissions

4.1 Motion & Accelerometer

If you enable motion detection, the App accesses your device's accelerometer to detect swing motions. This data is processed locally in real-time and is never stored or transmitted.

4.2 Audio

The App generates audio output through your device's speakers. It does not access or record from your microphone.

5. Third-Party Services

SkeeterBeater does not use any third-party services that collect data, including:

• No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• No advertising networks
• No crash reporting services
• No social media integrations
• No third-party SDKs that collect data

6. Data Sharing

Since we don't collect any data, we have nothing to share. We do not sell, trade, or transfer any information to third parties because we don't have any information to transfer.

7. Children's Privacy

SkeeterBeater does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13 years of age. The App is safe for users of all ages.

8. Data Security

Your settings are stored using iOS's built-in secure storage mechanisms. Since no data leaves your device, there is no transmission security concern.

9. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, traditional data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) don't apply in the usual sense. However, you always have full control:

• Access: Your settings are visible and editable in the App
• Deletion: Uninstalling the App removes all stored data
• Reset: Use the "Reset to Defaults" button to clear all preferences

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
